With the latest announcements of further measures to contain the COVID-19 situation here in Singapore, we are facing a new normal daily. Here at Intuitive, we have been proactively planning for the safety of our people and progress of our projects. I would like to share the key measures we are taking during this time.
PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT
We understand that while businesses and projects need to continue, we must also take on a higher level of responsibility and care.
With our Business Continuity Plan already in place, our team is prepared for the different scenarios that may emerge, as we continue to serve our clients during this time of change.
ONLINE MEETINGS
For clients with ongoing projects or starting on projects with us:
We ask for your understanding as we minimise movement and exposure by shifting our meetings online.
Pre-production work can still proceed as per normal – via phone, Google Hangouts, Skype or Zoom.
Our project management and operations are already on web-based services such as Google Suite for Business, Asana and Flock, so regardless of where we are physically, the team is able to continue working together with you.
PROJECT-READY
In the event that our entire team needs to work fully from home, we also have a plan in place that ensures projects already in post-production can and will continue to progress.
For on-location filming, we continue to work with our trusted pool of regular freelancers, most of whom have been working with us for the past 5 to 10 years. They share in our commitment as responsible professionals in ensuring they are in good health when turning up for shoot.
SAFETY MEASURES
To protect everyone on set, our team will be wearing masks during filming and hand sanitizers would be made available for all to use.
As with all our shoots, we will continue to ensure only a tight, essential team is required, so as to minimise the number of people present.
For smaller-scale interview or livestream filming, we are able to mobilise our internal team, who are already conducting regular health checks on a daily basis.
During these challenging times, where we continue to work on projects that help our clients communicate important information and messages, we want to assure you that the safety of our clients and our staff is our absolute priority.
